Going digital, without the data.

Ichibankuji, a Bandai Spirits brand with licences to franchises like Dragon Ball Z, Demon Slayer and Pokémon, was moving its signature lucky-draw business from manual, paper-based draws to digital — but needed the right tooling for the job.

Alongside online legal-compliance tracking and logistics, the brand lacked adequate consumer information, which became one of its biggest drawbacks to raising awareness and sustaining growth.

“Sales rose 55% with 1,000 new customers — that too, without the need for advertising.”

Synced customers and smart segments.

Working with partner Intnt, Ichibankuji connected its store and WhatsApp accounts to Revora, syncing customers and order data automatically as purchases came in.

The team could then segment customers by buying behaviour, use predictive analytics to target likely repeat buyers, and send exclusive coupons to specific segments — delivering exactly what each group was looking for.

1,000 new customers, no extra ads.

Sales rose by 55% with 1,000 new customers and a bulk of 143k new messages — without additional advertising. Chatbot errors from open-case utterances fell by 75%, and live-chat transfer requests dropped by 55%.

Customer satisfaction climbed from 1.2% to 3.9%, bringing measurable, profitable change and helping the brand mature as a company.
