Raven (AI) Credits & Session-Based Billing

Raven (AI) now uses prepaid credits and session-based billing so you can better control and understand your AI costs.

How Raven (AI) Billing Works

• Session length: 24 hours
• Unit session cost: As confirmed with our sales team
• Total session cost formula:

Total session cost = Unique users per platform × Number of sessions (24h) × Unit session cost

All Raven usage is deducted from your Raven (AI) credits balance.

Note: Raven (AI) credits are prepaid. Please ensure you have sufficient credits to avoid interruptions in AI features.

How to Top-Up Raven (AI) Credits

1. Go to Settings → Plan & Billing → Credits
2. In the second card, review your Available Raven (AI) Credits
3. Click + Add Credits
4. In the Add Credits pop-up:
   • Enter the desired credit amount
   • Click Add Credits
5. If the payment is successful via Stripe, the credits will be added and reflected under Available Raven (AI) Credits

How to View Raven (AI) Usage & Costs

1. Go to Settings → Plan & Billing → Credits
2. In the second card, click View Usage >
3. By default, you’ll see the last 7 days of Raven session costs
4. Adjust the date range to view a different period
5. Use the cost insights graph to track:
   • Total session costs over time
   • How much Raven is consuming in sessions and training
6. Click Export to download a CSV file with date-wise session costs for the selected date range
