  • Template History Cost – Fixed a bug where the cost of Template history was showing incorrectly.
  • Customer Notification – Fixed a bug where the customer did not receive notifications after sending messages in some cases.
  • Templates with Named Variables – Fixed a bug where templates with named variables were not functioning properly.
  • Gmail Integration – Fixed several bugs causing issues with Gmail platform functionality.
  • Old Chats Reappearing – Fixed a bug where old chats randomly reappeared in the inbox.
  • Agent Auto Assignment – Fixed a bug where agent auto-assignment was not triggered as expected.
  • Incorrect Estimated Cost – Fixed a bug where the estimated cost in broadcasts displayed incorrectly.

  • Inbox Timestamps – Added full timestamp visibility in Inbox; hovering (web) or tapping (mobile) on relative labels now shows the exact date and time in Day, DD Month YYYY, HH:MM:SS AM/PM format.
